The Personal file module can send two types of reminders – basic notifications and custom notifications.
Basic notifications concern the sections of Contacts, Health examinations and OSH trainings and allow you to set the date of sending the notification about the ending date of the above-mentioned documents along with the information to whom this notification is to be sent. Custom notifications provide many configuration options – it can be a notification about the need to issue a certificate to the employee, renew permissions or license the program. As in the basic notifications, we can decide when the notification should appear and to whom it should be sent. Check how to set a reminder in your own notification.
