Skills section enables gathering information on additional skills and permits of employees. The HR Department is responsible for introducing new skills and assigning them to employees.
Skills are individual or professional predispositions of an employee, which may prove useful in his/ her professional work. The skills include education, knowledge of foreign languages, computer skills and related programs, completed courses and trainings, possession of a driving license, qualifications or professional certificates.
Thanks to the ability to filter data, superiors can check which specific people have the skills they want.
