Step 1
From the Personal file side menu select Health examination. Choose the ‘Add health examination’ button at the top of the page.
Step 2
Enter the details of the new document into the form – decide whether the examination data should be visible to the employee and his supervisor. Confirm the entered data with the ‘Add’ button.
Step 3
If you want, you can attach a scan of the referral or doctor’s certificate – to do this, select the ‘Add attachment’ button. Here you can also set notification of the upcoming end of validity of the examination. Check the correctness of the entered data and click the ‘Close the window and refresh the list of health examinations’ button.
