Step 1
From the side menu on the Personal File tab, select OSH Trainings. Choose the ‘Add new OSH training’ button at the top of the page.
Step 2
Complete the form by entering the details of the new document. Decide whether the training should be visible to the employee concerned and whether his supervisor should have access to it. Then confirm the data with the ‘Add’ button
Step 3
If you want to attach a scan of the certificate or other document, select the ‘Add attachment’ button. If the entered data is correct, select the ‘Close the window and refresh the list of OSH trainings’ button, and the new training will be entered into the system.
Step 4
On the list you will find new training – by clicking the green icon you can see its details.
