Step 1
To set the calendar, click the Configuration section in the side menu, then the Days off calendar tile. You can also choose point 3 from the Configuration steps section on the Dashboard (Set days off):

On the right, you’ll see the option to assign a calendar to an employee. First, choose the Department from the dropdown list:

Choose all the employees you want to assign a particular calendar to:

Then select the calendar you want to assign to employees:

Hit the Save button to apply changes:
